What happens to your data?

We will use the information provided by you for the administration of your Woodthorpe Park Plant Shop account, seek feedback about our services or provide information on products or services you have requested from us. The basis under which the Council uses personal data for this purpose is that this is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest by the Council or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Council or the performance of a contract to which you have entered into with the council. The information that you have provided will be kept for 2 years from the date the account was last accessed. In addition, we will use the information provided by you for marketing purposes. The basis under which the Council uses personal data for this purpose is consent. We may use profiling and analytics in order to provide relevant marketing materials to prospective and current customers. You are not obliged, either by statute or by contract, to provide the information that is requested here. The information provided by you may also be used for the purpose of any other function carried out by the Council.
