Peonies
Peony plants offer big, fluffy, fragrant flowers in a wide range of colours, forms and sizes. These resilient, long-lived perennial bushes have a history of popularity as a garden plan and May is the time to get planting!

Hostas
Hosta plants are a perennial favourite among gardeners. Their lush foliage and easy care make them ideal for a low maintenance garden. Originating in the Orient and brought to the Europe in the 1700s, today there are over 2,500 cultivars with such variety in leaf shape, size and texture, that an entire garden could be devoted to growing hostas alone.

 Dianthus
Dianthus flowers (Dianthus spp.) are also called “pinks.” They belong to a family of plants which includes carnations and are characterized by the spicy fragrance the blooms emit. Dianthus plants may be found as a hardy annual, biennial or perennial and most often used in borders or potted displays. They like a sunny spot and will bloom from May until October.
